Terms & Conditions 

 

We know terms and conditions aren't the most exciting read, but they help us keep everything running smoothly for you. ​

1. Home Organisation

Our Home Organisation service is designed to declutter and organise key areas within your home in a way that is functional and easy to maintain.

  • This service is priced per consultation, as each space varies in size, scope and level of organisation required.

  • The focus is on decluttering, structuring and organising spaces such as wardrobes, kitchens and storage areas.

  • We do not provide deep cleaning services.

  • We do not undertake hoarding situations or environments that require specialist support.

  • Clients are responsible for the removal or disposal of unwanted items, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

 

2. Home Reset

The Home Reset service is a combined organisation and maintenance service designed to bring your home back into order.

  • This service includes a combination of:

    • Organisation of a small, focused area (e.g. a vanity drawer, one cupboard, or a desk area)

    • Garment care (ironing, folding and putting away)

    • Bedding reset (all bedding will be removed, washed using your washing machine, and replaced with fresh bedding made onto the bed)

  • Ironing time is capped at a maximum of 1 hour per visit, to ensure time is allocated across all elements of the service.

  • Bedding will be washed using your washing machine, with products provided by us.

    • We provide our own washing detergent; however, please advise us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities we should be aware of.

  • We will aim to hang washing on a line or use a tumble dryer where possible.

    • However, due to time constraints, this may not always be completed within the visit.

 

3. Garment Care & Maintenance

Our Garment Care & Maintenance service is designed to keep your wardrobe consistently in order through ironing, folding and placing garments back within your home.

  • We provide our own steam iron and equipment; however, we require the use of the client’s ironing board during the service.

  • This service includes:

    • Ironing

    • Folding

    • Hanging and placing garments back in designated areas

  • We ask that garments are pre-washed and ready for ironing prior to our arrival.

  • Larger volumes of garments may require additional time or a follow-up session.

    • This will be confirmed following an initial assessment of the laundry load.

    • ​Prices displayed on our website apply to standard domestic garment care services only. Suiting, formalwear, occasion garments, delicate fabrics, and larger-volume projects may require a more specialist approach and additional handling time. In these cases, pricing will be confirmed following assessment of the garments and overall workload.

  • While every care is taken, Home Pressed Co. is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage to garments

    • Items with unclear or missing care labels

  • Please inform us in advance of any delicate fabrics, special care instructions, or sensitivities to products.

 

4. General

  • A consultation may be carried out prior to services commencing to understand your space and requirements.

  • Clients must ensure safe and suitable working conditions.

  • Due to the health needs of our staff, we kindly request that you notify us at the time of booking or via email if there are any pets in the home.

  • Home Pressed Co. reserves the right to decline or stop a service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

  • All services are delivered with care and professionalism; however, results may vary depending on the condition and volume of items within the space.

             Our Signature Packages 

​

     5. New Baby Support – 4 Week Plan 

 

This package includes 4 in-home sessions to be used within the agreed timeframe.

 

1. Booking & Validity  

All 4 sessions must be used within 3 months of the first booking. Sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling  

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.  

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in that session being deducted from the plan.

 

3. Session Time & Scope  

Each visit is up to 90mins. We focus on agreed priority areas during each session.  

If additional time is required, this can be arranged separately depending on availability.

 

4. Baby Area Care  

We use baby-safe cleaning products for designated baby areas only, including changing areas and the sanitisation of baby items.

 

5. Access & Environment  

Clients are expected to provide safe and reasonable access to the home.  

We do not operate in unsafe or unsuitable working conditions.

 

6. Gifting  

This package can be purchased as a gift. Please state this at checkout so we can arrange accordingly.

 

7. Non-Transferable  

This package is non-transferable and can only be used at the agreed address unless purchased as a gift.

 

8. Refunds  

Packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

 

9. Service Flexibility  

Tasks completed during each session may vary depending on time, priorities, and the condition of the space on the day.

 

 

School Ready Service – Weekly Plan 

 

The School Ready Service follows the general Terms  Conditions outlined above, with the exception of points 1-3 detailed below 

​

1. Session Duration  

Each visit is up to 60 minutes. This service focuses on school uniforms only.

​

2. Booking & Schedule  

Sessions are scheduled weekly at an agreed time and are subject to availability. Any changes must be arranged in advance.

​

3. Validity  

This package must be used within 8 weeks of purchase.
